And the board does get closed down, will you go back to the spontaneous healings that you were very successful at; that you and I were both discussing a couple of weeks back? And will you teach others how to do it?

What do you MEAN if the board closes down?!!!!
Did I miss something?
Oh, I hope not. I don't post often but I have gained so much here...it's a life-saver, or hope-giver at least...and that's a lot!
I've tried to express my appreciation from time to time. Probably not nearly often enough.
What can we do to keep this from happening if this is true?

No need to anticipate the worst. The board will NOT close down, nor should we entertain such a negative idea. Walt doesn't need to hear that, so let's stay positive, ok?

I am not being negative, just practical. Both Walt and Bill have commented on this being a possibility.
Sure I hope it doesnt happen, but it COULD if we all dont start co operating with what Walt has asked of us.
If Bill gives up, who is going to take over? I dont see anyone rushing to volunteer for the job, do you?

Honestly, I don't see it happening, but more importanlty, I think this would be very alarming for new folks to read, not to mention confusing...and drawing attention to the whole thing all over again.

Ok. Thats a good point, but thats why it said "For Walt". Probably could have worded it better.

Thanks, Bliss.
Brugh Joy, MD is the best person to teach this. He taught me and is still teaching. My last correspondence from him was Aug 29th, 2003 and you can get connected at www.brughjoy.com or call (800) 448-9187.
I have learned not to worry about things until they have to be. I hope it will not come to that. I am no longer healthy enough to do this and would be very disappointed to have to see that skill atrophied.
Let us know what you learn.

What everyone can do is resist the temptation, sometimes irresistable (Those trolls can be very tempting--that IS their skill you know.), to respond, publicly, to any personally offensive posting.

Walt,
What does this mean? "I am no longer healthy enough
to do this" . Are you ill? Or are you just not able to do
"spontaneous healings"? And is there something
about these healings in the archive? Sounds
intriguing.
Anyhow, I hope you're ok...you do so much for so many!
By the way, it isn't said enough--THANKS for everything.
Your advice has helped me, my parents, my friends
AND my co-workers. You really know how to get people
thinking outside the conventional box.

Yes, I have, Miss.
Immediately following my first 2 week training with Brugh Joy, I healed 2 cases of serious problems by laying on of hands alone--both were instantaneous cures--one a stony tumor of the ovary scheduled for surgery and the other a crippling groin injury of several months duration that just got up and walked away without pain. This was so successful that I got scared and quit doing it. I knew that, if my colleagues heard what I was doing they surely would figure out a way to take my license.
As it turned out they did it anyhow nearly 20 years later. If I had to do it again, I would never have stopped doing it.
If you want to know his technique, read "Joy's Way" by Brugh Joy, MD (1979 Tarcher).

Thanks, Michele 2.
According to currently accepted standards for my age, I am doing quite well.
It takes a higher level of wellness than that, though, to be able to do high energy work like this. The AMA's revocation of my license, to do what I loved most in life, has wreaked a terrible toll over the past 20 years and I KNOW I no longer have the energy to do this kind of work (see the FAQ home page article about this).
I have lived the past 20 years in a state of impotent, all consuming anger over what they do to all who go beyond their monopoly, only to see them take those advances as their own 20 years after they have ruined the pioneers who practiced them before general acceptance.
I feel my buttons being pushed again-------

I posted above about the suspicious mass on the mammogram. I was inspired by your post about spontaneous healing. I'm a Reiki master and am planning to do Reiki every day to see if I can help get rid of that mass before the next mammogram. Of course, the doc suspects it's a fatty mass or connective tissue, but I wonder if it could be a fibroid tumor. Do you think doing Reiki could make it disappear? I've gotten rid of several mild illnesses very quickly (pink-eye, flu, strept throat, back pains, etc.) using Reiki but don't know if it can be effective for a breast mass.
