Hello all,
I have been looking into EMF (electromagnetic field) protection devices and have a couple questions.
I have searched the archives here thoroughly and have seen a few brief references to personal protection devices such as Cook’s diodes and the Clarus Q pendant. (I also took note of an interesting comment by Walt regarding building a Faraday cage in one’s bedroom.) I do not think my questions have been answered by anything posted thus far, so here I go:
1. Is a simple, inexpensive Cooks pocket diode a decent level of protection for the average individual in our current emf-polluted environment? If not, what is?
2. Do the cute, little cell phone diodes that look like round buttons that adhere to the ear piece of the phone really work? If not, what is adequate cell phone protection ?
3. If I have adequate personal protection (in the form of a cooks diode or pendant) do I also need additional diodes for cell phones, appliances, etc?
4. Walt, can you point me to a source of more complete info regarding building a “Faraday cage” in my bedroom?
I have begun to do my own research, but there are so many people hawking these devices on the internet, I am having a hard time telling what’s legit and what’s simply a clever bit of marketing.
Of course, in the meantime I am practicing the 3Ls so as to improve my overall health in a world where I have much more control over that than over things such as emf-pollution.
Many thanks in advance for any answers to the above.
Warm greetings of peace to all,
Catherine
