Dear Walt and friends,
I was diagnosed with a second batch of breast cysts today. Three in the left breast. A few years ago they found a few in the right breast and aspirated them. While I'm relieved they aren't dangerous, the tension from all the extra mammograms, the mysterious and frightening demeanor of some of the techs doing the work, and the incredible pain from the focused view and small plate, is killing me. I have not only gone through this for cysts in both breasts, but for calcification as well.
Walt is all this coming from not having done SR until now? Would SR make my cysts go away? Maybe I'm not doing it right. Also, I'm on ER4YT since Dec. 1998 and I dance for exercise. How can I stop this from happening, it's hard to keep going through this?
Sincerely,
d.d.

Dear d.d.,
Sorry! The SR will not resolve this. Some people have been accusing me of saying that SR is a panacea since I recommend it so much. This is one case that proves that that is not so.
THE REAL REASON SR IS RECOMMENDED SO MUCH ON THIS BB IS THAT, BY THE TIME PEOPLE ARE SO DESPERATE THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS ON THE INTERNET, THEY NEARLY ALL FALL INTO THE CATAGORY OF THOSE CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE HAS FAILED.
Of those, the vast majority fall into the group of people who have the most common thing that the AMA types are still insisting does not exist: the overwhelming storage of stress-effect in the hypothalamus we have been discussing on this BB for years.
SO, the vast majority would still be able to reverse their chronic condition by doing the SR. However, some things, like fibrocystic disease of the breast, that have structural changes & scarring need to do something else.
It IS true that the imbalance in the endocrine system, caused by the hypothalamic problem, does contribute to the development of this AND the SR would help prevent a recurrence.
The exact protocol for eliminating this problem has been known for at least 20 years and I have used it successfully in more than 95% of patients (the international average) for that long. That protocol is spelled out on my book.
As you get over this, I hope you will share your experiences with the BB so others will get rid of theirs.
Walt

Good point, Walt! Anyone here is probably either despirate and looking for answers, or has found at least a few answers and wants to help others, since there is not enough time in one's life to learn it all by making mistakes and failed experiments with their own bodies. We need to stand on the shoulders-----of the RIGHT people who came before us.

Dear Walt,
Thank you for your response. I will surely read that section in your book, begin the protocol very soon, and share my experiences with the board! I'm very glad to know that you have had such success in treating this condition as it makes me so uneasy.
On a different note, to share my experiences with SR - practicing it while driving iprobably doesn't yield the best possible results and yet I really feel different. I'm calmer, more clear headed, thoughts come to me better, and I'm able to assert myself and speak up at times when I haven't in the past. It's a great thing, SR.

Jim,
Hopefully I can share some beneficial tips and experiences when treating this condition and give something back to the board. I have to say that I did not do any research on the subject except pump the tech that performed my ultrasound. The radiologist didn't speak with me, and I haven't seen my breast doctor yet. However, the last time he aspirated, he didn't provide any suggestions or protocols, and so I immediately turned to Walt and friends, whom I trust and feel comfortable with. Gosh, I hope I haven't seemed to "despirate", silly, or lazy by asking for help here, but it seems so natural for me.
