Hi Walt,
My body has not been able to tolerate exercise for a long time. In the past, exercise has caused an exacerbation of symptoms.
I've been doing gentle rebounding for a couple of months and I would now like to try doing actual aerobics. I plan to use a videotape for WalkAerobics. It's fairly easy but does get things moving.
I'm wondering what is the best way to begin doing aerobics that is easy for my body to adapt to. Would it be better to start with ten minutes at a time, three times a week (which doesn't sound like it reaches the aerobic metabolic pathway)? Or 20 minutes at a time, once a week, for a while?
Also, would PVCs be a contraindication for getting the heart going fast? Or any problem?
Thanks in advance,
Happygal

Hi, Happygal.
Even 5 minutes at a time. Remember, what you are doing is getting your muscles used to doing this. Your heart will easily follow along with the muscles.
Let us know how you do.
Walt
