what exactly are congested capillaries? congested with what? i've had mildly bloodshot eyes for a few months and reading that really worried me. i'm doing well on the whole foods diet and exercise, still struggling with SR.

Hi, Jan.

What I am talking about is when even the whitest part of the sclera is pink: not when the blood vessels you can see are engorged. That is usually from allergy.
