My wife, who is 44, has started to have problems to see near objects about 3 years ago. In a short time, her problem has increased a lot, she is becomming more an more presbyopic and she is sad about it.
Is there something we can do to slow down, stop or reverse this typical lost of near vision after 40?
Could it be related to diet or a lack of a specific nutriment?
Any exercise that could help?
Thanks.
Serge

Hi, Serge C.
Glasses are the easy answer. The best exercise I know of is very effective but demands dedication on the part of the individual. It is associated with Rebounding. I think I have already archived this info. Contact the National Institute of Reboundology and Health, Inc., 7907 212th S.W., Edmonds, WA 98020. Al Carter is the President.
Let us know what you learn and how she does.
