Anyone have any experience with the See Clearly Method? Think it might work? Yes, no?

Is this in any way connected with the Bates method of "Seeing Without Glasses" or something like that? If so, I would say a definite "yes".

It's some series of eye exercises you do 2x a day. Haven't bought it yet, so don't know details.
Thanks.

Hi alex,
Is it a book? Can you get it from the library?
Best wishes,

Hi, DianeAC, Happygal & Alex.
The Bates method works but is a lot of work. His book has now combined it with rebounding and is even more effective.

I don't know about the library. I just did a search on it and you can buy tapes, and a bunch of other materials that tells you what to do. It's expensive though. I think it ends up over $200.
Anyway, I think there are other methods as well. I'm gonna keep looking around before I buy anything.

Thanks, Alex.
I looked at the website. It's probably similar to other exercise methods. You can get a lot of different books from the library or interlibrary loan.
I improved my vision quite a bit just by using reduced prescription lenses. Almost by half. However, now I've hit a plateau and need something else to keep improving. I only have about 3 - 5 minutes in the morning to do eye exercises, which isn't very much.
Hope you find something -- keep us posted.
Best wishes,
Happygal

There's also a technique that involves reading with one eye taking turns. There's more to it -- it requires getting glasses whose strength is determined according to rules of this system.

Does anyone know if these exercises help to correct a lazy eye?
