Dear Dr. Stoll
I have a chronic eye problem that no one seems able to solve. My eyes are frequently red and itchy, especially if there is dust or I am tired. There is also discoloration on the eyeball, a tea colored spot on the top part of the eyeball, as well as yellow bumps (it could almost be called a deposit, or lump) on the inside and outside edges of both eyes. Any ideas or suggestions about this problem? Thank you for your help. Ben

Hi, Ben.
How old are you and what other chronic conditions do you have?
Your "yellow spots at the sides of your iris" are phenyctenula---you can look it up. They are related to the itchy redness condition. The redness of the white parts of your eye are just an easy place to see how your capillaries are congested in the rest of your body---not a good sign of health.
I do not understand the "tea-colored spot on the top of your eyeball". How can you see it?
How much time do you spend in front of the TV or computer monitor? This could not cause all this by itself but it COULD aggravate the basic causes.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Walt

Ben
I don't know if this would be appicable to your case, but have you considered seeing an iridologist?

Dr. Stoll, The tea colored spot on my eyeball is under the eyelid and can only be seen if my wife looks underneath it. The other chronic symptoms I have are poor digestion with lots of flatulence, irregular bowel movements which tend towards diahrea and are mostly unpleasant. I am prone to very bad tension headaches, and have begun to snore when I sleep on my back. Thank you for your help. Ben

Dear Ben,
This helps but, even though this may be a sensitive question, I REALLY do need to know about how old you are.

Dear Dr. Stoll,
I am very sorry not to have responded earlier but I was suddenly forced to leave town on an urgent matter and just returned.
I am 32 years old, and I don't spend that much time in front of the t.v or computer. Being tired or dust really aggravates my eyes the most. I have gone to other doctors and healers, and no one has had any idea about this problem. Thank you for your help and patience.

Hi, Ben.
Have you had the pressure in your eyes checked?
Consider Dr Christofer's "Eye Bright" till an adequate diagnosis is made.
