I'm having a big problem with my eyes constantly burning this past month. Is there anything that can help this? I'm trying saline drops and I have also started an SR program but am not doing it as much as I should. I'm looking to start a really good SR program next week. Thank you!

Anything from allergy to too much exposure to a computer screen can cause this. I would have to know a lot more about your present condition before I would have any idea what to tell you.
You might look into Dr Christofer's "Eye Brite" in the meantime. Your healthfood store either has it or would know where to get it. If not, it is likely that their book section would have books & newsletters by Dr Christofer that would get you there.

Thanks so much! Yup, I do have bad allergies, and I HAVE been more congested lately. I never thought that the dry, burning eyes would be linked to it, only the running, itchy ones! My time in front of the computer screen is actually much less than it used to be, and the problem has just recently gotten really bad, so that's probably not it. I'll "look" into Eye Brite. "Eye" thank you for the info.!
