Eye pressure and castor oil

Hi Walt,

I was reading past posts about using cold pressed castor oil to bring down the pressure in the eyes. I noticed some comments from others about warnings on the bottles saying that it should not get in your eyes. I was unable to find a response. Is there a risk involved with putting it in your eyes?

Also I have had that inflammation in my eyes where they turn blood red, and I had to take cortisone drops. Do you feel that the castor oil is okay considering this?

I'd really like a natural way to bring down the pressure but want to be sure it's okay for me to try.

Thanks!!!

Angie,

In my opinion, this is an example of the "disinformation", pujt out by the PTB that forces manufacturers to CYA. Of course, anything that makes your eyelids be more sensitive TO anything (according to your doc and his recommended treatment) will make you more likely to react to anything.

About the only way for you to tell would be to try a little and see if it causes a reaction in YOUR eyes.

Let us know how you do. I have yet to see anyone have a reaction to the CPCO for glaucoma but excessive sensitivity to anything COULD .

Walt

I have chronic dry eye, ocular rosacea, collagen vascular disease affecting the eye and immune mediated ocular histoplasmosis, optic nerve issues and a host of other issues with my eyes. My eyes get severely inflamed at times..hurt so bad I can not keep them open at all. Also have fever blisters on the cornea from time to time which are exruciating. I use castor oil for all of these, but I do get an organic, cold pressed form for purity. I drop it right into the eye and put a warm rag over them. It works better than anything the doctors have done in decades. I also take omega 3 fish oils which works wonders also. Some eye drops have castor oil in them which are rated to help improve tear production. Unfortunately those drops have other ingredients I am allergic to and create more problems. The castor oil works BETTER and safer! Since using it I have eliminated many doctors visits and recurrences of issues or nip them in the bud quicker than anything they ever did.

also wanted to add to do some research in pubmed and online for herbs that help bring down pressure. I forget which ones do, but I have used them in the past when I get pain and the doctors don't think it high enough to treat with drops even tho they allowed one eye to develop severe optic nerve damage by not treating it. Oddly I seem to have stabilized that a bit better with my routine which includes the fish oil, turmeric among other things.

Thank you for that testimonial. I also use it a little for eye pressure. I'll see if it has helped in a few months.

Thanks, Theresa.

Have you tried the 3LS for your immunological problem?

Walt
