Burning Eyes

It seems as though everytime my eyes start to water...my tears become like acid. They burn intensly and it takes a while for my eyes to stop tearing and hurting. Does anyone know what may cause this or anyone have this same problem? Dr. Stoll?

Hi, Denise.

The most common cause is systemic allergy of some type. Don't bother with a conventinal allergist for this since they have only a 5% chance of finding the hypersensitivity. You will need a good Clinical Ecologist (see archives for multiple chemical sensitivities)for the other 95%.

In the meantime, you might consider Dr Christopher's "Eye Bright" available in any health food store (at least they can get it for you).
