I just had my eyes examined and the doc said she found cholesterol deposits. She said there was no plaque buildup and although my blood vessels are a bit narrow, the eyes were fine. I don't smoke and my blood pressure is great. I do suffer from migraines. Has anyone ever heard of this? I am having my cholesterol checked. We have a hereditary problem on my dad's side of the family where we over produce cholesterol..and I try to watch my intake. I am only 36.

Hi, Smiler.
With your family history, limiting your cholesterol intake is a worthless effort. Any physician who has learned anything in the past 40 years knows that!
So far, the only effective thing that would resolve your problem--before it causes you problems that any idiot could diagnose--is the Pritikin diet. THEN, when you are rechecked in a year or so, you can watch your doc's eyes when she is "amazed" the your "problem" has totally disappeared.
There are whole sections in your library about the Pritikin program for reversing heart disease. This process you are describing is the exact one that eventually causes coronaries. Yours are just in a place where the process can be directly observed.
Within the past 15 years, it has been learned that the essential oils (home page) will help the genetically compromized individual to more effeciently metabolize cholesterol. So, you can speed up your progress by adding them to the Pritikin diet. That way, you could go back in only a year and amaze your 19th century doc.
Let us know how you do.
Walt
