Linda:

Leilani Tejada talks about the use of transdermal progesterone for fibrocystic breasts. She appears on Your Health with Doug Kaufmann (Family Net T.V.).

Leilani sells Bliss Cream, a natural transdermal progesterone. She counsels women over the phone. I can give you her number, if you are interested.

Below is information about natural progesterone for fibrocystic breasts.

Thanks,
Pam

Natural Progesterone For Fibrocystic Breasts

"From my women patients, I learned that fibrocystic breasts were most often merely a sign of estrogen dominance; relatively high estrogen and low progesterone. In my experience, using natural progesterone routinely resolves the problem."

Dr Lee also suggests adding vitamin E 600 IU at bedtime, 300 milligrams a day of supplemental magnesium and 50 milligrams a day of vitamin B6.

Once the cysts have cleared up, reduce the progesterone dose to find the smallest dose that is still effective each month and continue the
treatment as needed through menopause.

This treatment is simple, safe, inexpensive, successful and natural.

Linda, start taking 200 units of Vitamin-E for one month and increase to 400 units the second month and continue taking 400 to 600 units of Vitamin-E for the rest of your life.

I've also heard cutting out caffeine will help.

Dear Linda:

Please see the web address I have provided and consider
purchasing the book:

Dressed to Kill: The Link Between Breast Cancer and Bras (ISBN # 0-89529-664-0, Avery Publishing Group, 1995).

The book discusses all aspects of breast disease including Fibrocystic Breast Disease.

People have emailed me after taking the measures suggested in the article and their breast tissue became normal.

Take care,

Larry

Hi, Linda and Larry:

Dr. Stoll has more information in his archives about lymphatic flow, bras and breast cancer.

Also, information about that book, Dressed to Kill, is located in the archives.
