Lugol's Protocol for Fibrocystic Breast Disease

I've read through all the archives and can't quite find Dr. Stoll's protocol for fibrocystic breast disease. I see it referenced alot, but don't see the complete, original protocol. Could someone please give me the exact plan he recommends? Thanks!

That is probably because the effective dosage, therapeutic and maintainance, is variable to the individual. If you have already done the other things (total elimination of caffeine, at least 800 units of vitamin E a day) for a few months without any results you might start with 10 drops, in a glass of water twice a day. That dose should be kept up (in the absence of any side effects) for a couple months. If no beginning results the dose can be incrementally increased (a few months at a time) but I have never seen anyone who needed more than 10 drops twice a day.

Once results are stable, gradual reduction in dosage (a few months at a time) until reoccurance begins, establishes whether or not you will need maintainance of not.

Look into a Vitamin E supplement with MIXED TOCOPHEROLS. The best one I know of is Unique E. All natural , made by A.C Grace. Vitacost on-line a good source. Taking E with only the "alpha" tocopherol may be dangerous and is main reason for failure of many E studies that the press likes to highlight !(The Alpha only E tends to displace the other tocopherols from cells leaving you deficient in particular with the Gamma fraction which has it's own range of benefits, hence "mixed" is best)
