I heard this term for the first time today on a t.v. program. I suffer with muscle aches, stiffness and pain in joints and have leg cramps at night. I get hot from the neck up when I am lying down at night. I have many allergies, both environmental and food. I am tired in the mornings, my body aches and my hands are so stiff, I can not function until I get a hot shower.
Do you have a site for doctors to consult you? I am sure I will not have success in finding a knowledgable doctor in my community and I do need to be diagnosed. Can you guide me?

Hi, Kathleen.
I am assuming that, at this point you are saying you are willing to do anything to get out of this mess: ALL OF WHICH ARE CAUSED BY THE SAME MECHANISMS.
The first thing you have to do is educate yourself as to what is going on. To do that you are going to have to start by going to the glossary for any unfamiliar terms. Then go to the home page and the archives until you begin to understand how everything fits together.
This is going to take a significant amount of time but, remember, you did say that you would be willing to do anything. :o)
Start with fibromyositis, then allergies, then dysautonomia. If you are still with us go to bracing, LGS and then SR.
Then, let us know what you have learned.
Looking forward to seeing you well. The only pay I would ask for is your sharing your progess, as you get well, with the Bulletin Board participants so as to give others the opportunity to not suffer as you have.
