i would love more info on this. I have fibro and am looking for anything that will help.

Guaifenesin may or may not help. It will NOT cure the condition. Fibromyalgia is NOT a guaifenesin deficiency!
I guess it is time for my "famous" statement once again. "Chronic conditions will never be resolved by something you TAKE but by something you DO."
You have to deal with WHY you have this to eliminate it. That will NOT be as easy as taking a pill but it will be more effective and will be permanent. There is nothing wrong with taking something that helps and THEN, while you are feeling better, to deal with the causes.
This has been discussed on this BB for years and the BB is repleat with testimonials of those who have resolved their condition by getting rid of the causes.
Go to the glossary, homepage and archives and learn about fibromyositis, SR, bracing, the e/diet and LGS. THEN, if you still have questions, write again.
As you get well, please share your experiences with others on this BB so they don't have to go through what you have.
