Has anyone been radically improved or even healed from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia? If so, what did you do? It can get discouraging and I would like to hear from anyone who has actually come out of it. Thanks!!!!!!!

the cause of mine is probably different since it came from
a chemical exposure that burned my lungs and was said to
possibly damaged my red blood cells but a lot of symptoms
have been reduced or eliminated with certain suppliments.
A multiple vitamin and a multi mineral helped as did niacin,
zinc, MSM, & ester C. I had food sensitivities and MCS and
bicarb and oatmeal pretty much solved them.
I think there can be many causes of Fibro and CFS. In my
case I connected the dots and tried everything that sounded
like it might help and some things I found by accident.
I think my fibro comes from lactic acid buildup in
muscles because of circulation/blood cell damage. From
blood tests and a Dr claiming that the chems even everyday
ones can damage the red cells making them rigid and spherical so
they don't circulate well I tried niacin that helped but
when i heard that zinc was needed in the outer membrane of
the red cells I bought it and within 15 min after taking it
after doing physical work that would give me extreme
muscle aches for 4-5 days the pains were 90% gone. Best
help that I would get before it was niacin shortening the
duration and a multi vitamin cuting the pains about in
half. After finding a brand of MSM that helped my aches
almost completely the zinc didn't do anything and really
wasn't needed. It still helps me not feel the cold so I
will take it when I want to or have to be out and temps in
the teens with the wind blowing doesn't affect me. Before
my legs would ache for hrs after a short walk in 30^ temps
or a long walk.
I would say to read, think, and listen for any ideas that
sound like they might fit you.

I am sure that there are testimonials in the CFS & the FMS archives as well as in the testimonials archives.
The only ones you will hear from here are those who are just starting since once they start feeling better they no longer need what we are talking about.
As you begin to learn how to be healthy again, it will help others, like you, if you will share your experiences.

hi Andrea.
I have seen many (in double and triple digits at least) of people healed of CFS and Chronic Fatigue. Have you read the archives on chronic bracing? I am one.
Have you read MIND AS HEALER MIND AS SLAYER - have you read The MIND BODY PRESCRIPTION by Sarno - most helpful is a book by Henry Wright called A MORE EXCELLENT WAY - you can obtain this book and many tapes by calling 1800453 5775 - you can read the other book available from this number I FOUND FREEDOM.
Both of these problems are stress disorders - places to look are at your thoughts and beliefs and your relationships - Sometimes you cant see what is going on in your life - and you need some help to see things clearly. There are a lot of reasons that disease comes - it can be right betwwen your ears - your thoughts and behaviors and relationships. Look at what is going on in your life.

There never has been anyone disagreeing that this approach would work, only whether the person woudld actully do it.
