what is CO2?

Hi - what exactly IS CO2? How does one get more if one is lacking? (Is it a vitamin, mineral, breathing teachnique?)

it is a waste product of respiration/breathing. You want to
get Rid of it, not Get it. If your lungs don't release it,
your system becomes acidic and bad things happen.
