whats wrong with me?

14 weeks ago, I went into fever. Since this attack of fever. I have been unwell with my most prominent symtom being constant nausea (and I mean constant). The doctors I have seen first tried to tell me that it is just a viral infection and that it will pass. I have had extensive blood tests and even an ultrasound followed by a gastroscopy. All have revealed nothing so far (although a 36mm simple cyst was found on my right kidney). Now that my illness has gone on so long , my GP is now trying to tell me that I am suffering from a depressive illness. Other symptoms I have include vertigo, generally raised heart-rate, heart palpitations, light motions, poor circulation, headache and chest pain. Until now I have never been ill in my life. I am approaching the age of 20. I have been totally taken out of my life by this and although I am frustrated by this illness, I have never been so scared of anything in my life. How would you feel if you had been sick for 14 weeks and know one can tell you what it is. Just prior to the commencement of my illness I was using canibus rather frequently. In the weeks before my fever I was starting to have odd reactions to the canibus which I am pretty sure were anxiety reactions. This made it impossible for me to use the drug any further. The bottom line with this illness is that constant nausea is no fun and is sometimes a very painfull thing to have to cope with. I need to find the cause for this whether it be mental or physical. I just want my life back! If anyone could help me at all I would appreciate it greatly.
