Here's my Grave's report:
Well, in spite of the war, I'm still improving. I'm STRICT about my SR these days, 2x's no matter what. I'm still without insomnia and still on my tea. NO SUGAR SINCE NEW YEARS!!!!!!!!!! No white flour except spaghetti on my daughter's birthday.
I told my friend that these days I feel mild. Good word to explain the feeling. Not calm exactly, but a more natural feeling of relaxation that stays with me all the time, even when things are crappy. Mild. So far so good. Best wishes to everybody here. Doc is the greatest. Lanie

Thanks, Lanie.
There is never any doubt that this will work, only in whether the indivisual will actually DO it. You are to be congratulated for helping yourself!

Hi Lanie,
what is your tea? Sorry, but I don't remember your post.
I am also Grave's victim (one of many problems) and I am so happy for you. Could you, please give me some info how to get history of your problem and what exactly you are doing to solve it.
I wish you all the best
Matylda

I drink one cup of plain black tea in the morning. It, for some reason no one can explain to me, helps me sleep at night. I don't know if that will work for everyone.
What does work for everyone is SR, no caffine (other than my tea), and dropping sugar and white flour. I think that SR is the key to getting better fast (within six months!).
But hey, from one shaky friend to another, don't call yourself a victim. This disease is cureable, and with the cure comes a lot of nice changes and new friends. That's not a bad thing! It's not that terrible, smile girlfriend! If you click on the first page of Dr. Stoll's web pages, you'll see that Grave's Disease is listed there. Click on that and you'll find everything you need to know!
