I posted last week about how the doctor doesn't think that you can control hashimotos disease without meds and my blood test came back today and proved her wrong. I have not treated my disease with meds but with diet and SR and low and behold my TSH levels are back to normal and so are my free T3 and T4's. I still show antibodies but she said it would be nothing to be concerned about. I told her I was going to continue to control it with diet and SR and see what happens.
It felt so good to prove a doctor wrong and that going natural does work. Have a great day everyone.

Thanks for the encouraging post. Aside from the test results, how do you feel? Are your symptoms from Hashimoto's gone? Did you ever take thyroid replacement?

I do feel much better then I did. Not all the symptoms are gone but with time and keeping up with my wellness I am confident I will fully recover. I did take thyroid supplements for a couple months and then stop taking them. That was 2 1/2 years ago. That is when I starting reading up on different ways to control your own health though diet and SR and exercise. It has been hard but I am seeing results.
