Hello.. Wondering if anyone has any advice on how to reverse the
appearance of bulging eyes in Grave's Disease. I have had the
swelling for almost ten years now.. is there any solution to
bringing the eyes back to normal without going under the knife?
Should I be avoiding certain foods? Is there any way I can get rid
of the swelling for good? THANKS!

Hi Heid...
What treatment did you have to subdue your overactive thyroid? Are you now taking the right amount of thyroid hormone?

Having reversed the "bulging eyes" (as a consequence of Graves) a number of times in my practice, I KNOW is can be done. What have you learned from the Graves archives?

Just curious are you a smoker? Did you do the RAI or are you on anti-thyroid meds for your GD?

I'm a non- smoker... have had RAI, and only take
supplement
thyroid hormones currently.

I have looked through some of the archives.. only found a few
things on whole food diets.. is there anything else to this? Can
you direct me to any specific archives? What approach have you
used in the past to have success in reversing the "bulging eyes"

Had RAI treatment to treat overactive thyroid. Also, my thyroid
hormone levels have been in the "normal" range for the past 8

Unless you learn enough about the causes of GD, you will probably not ever do what reverses it. I have never seen diet (alone) do much for it.

SR, practiced at least 3 times a day is the only thing that, alone, can reverse this. See our new book that just came out because the most likely thing and quickest way, is to practice the combination of the 3LS.
