I've been diaganosed with grave's disease 4 years ago. I was
wondering if there's anything out there for swollen eye lids
.. I'm trying to avoid surgery at all costs. Is there any
herbal medicines I can take or certain exercises or diets?
I've taken the radioactive iodine and now take thyroid
supplements as a result.. PLEASE H

Heidi,
The simple fact is that you will not find the answer or cure in a pill. It may relieve but it won't fix. I completely cured my Grave's with Dr. Stoll's advice: WHOLE FOODS, AEROBIC EXERCISE, SKILLED RELAXATION.
Change your food, do exercising, love and crave deep relaxing. Even if this all sounds too boring you will nevertheless find yourself pleasantly surprised at the results. -Ch K

Thanks, Calmhead.
Hopefully your testimonial will help others think differently about this.
I hope anyone with Grave's will first spend time in the archives before asking anything.

Greetings to Calmhead Ken. Would you please give us more information about curing yourself of Graves' with nutrition, exercise and SR? Please email me at vlee2000@aol.com if you are willing to exchange information and support about this. I am currently doing SR, eating 90+% raw and organic, taking herbs, etc. I would love to hear from anyone who has had success in self-healing from Graves'. Thank you!
