Additional ....
I haven't noticed dramatic changes in my eyes "bugging" out, but feel a tightness in the lids and am wondering if this may signify a change that I should actively address. Thanks again.

Gregg.
Since nothing was done about the cause of Grave's, and the cause is stress effect in the hypothalamus, and the hormone that causes the eye bulging comes from the hypothalamus.... you do not have to be hyperthyroid to have the eye problem.
Actually, stopping the synthroid (You would do a LOT better with Armour Thyroid since you are so young and will need replacement for the rest of your life.) could make any eye bulging worse.
Hope this helps.
Your very best option would be to become an expert in the cause and course of Grave's (treated and untreated).
