I am 32 years of age and I have suffered with migraines since I was a very young child. Probably since 4 years of age. I have always gotten the visual aura that lasts for about 15-20 minutes before the actual headache. Recently, within the past 3 months, I have gotten 2 migraines with the aura but ALSO a few other symptoms that I have never experienced. I also experienced some tingling and numbness sensations that started on the right side of my face, my right arm, and my right leg. It lasted about 10 minutes and it followed the aura. Then the headache happened. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this? Is this classic migraine symtoms? I have read a little bit about this and I know this can happen. But, I would like to hear from some of you that have knowledge about it and/or experienced this first hand. Thanks a lot.

Classical migraine!
NOW, I would suggest that you go to the homepage and use the "hot arms" technique for these things. Let us know what happens. When your headache is relieved within 10 minutes, perhaps you will be ready to listen to what else I have to say. This is NOT a cure but IS related to what causes them.

Thanks Walt for your professional opinion. I will DO EXACTLY what you said with the hot arms technique. I am also in the process of ordering your book. Thanks a lot for you time. I will let you know how things turn out. I am sure once I read your book, I WILL GET an understanding of what your wonderful insights are on how to regain your health.
