Orgasmic headaches

Hello. Quite embarrassing subject---orgasmic headaches.
When I am building up to a fantastic orgasm, it is always inevitable in the past 2 weeks, that a severe headache starts during the orgasm buildup or right at orgasm that leaves me in so much pain, that is is hardly a satisfying experience. I have also experienced the same type of headache while working out on the weight machine. No easy and quick fix....lingers for 24-48 hrs. Starts at the base of my skull and radiates around to my ears. It can be excrutiating. I am a 30 y/o female....do have a history of pseudotumor cerebri with increased intracranial pressure, however, it has been 5 years since flare up. These headaches are not the same, however, my physician is treating this as a reoccurance of PTC, scheduling a CAT scan for Monday am. The symptoms are not the same. I believe the CAT scan will only allow to visualize the ventricle spacing, indicative of PTC--but you would have to know what you are looking for, as it could easily be overlooked. He also subscribed Indocin supp, which have been ineffective. I have tried to do my homework, and have some knowledge to medical/nursing. I know I could possibly have a minute cerebral hemmorrhage as a worst case scenerio....what are your suggestions to fix the problem and what could be the contributing factors...please help!!!
