Hi, Darlene.
This is a common problem with congestive heart failure and until whe loses the weight (which would also take a load off her already over stressed heart--the definition of congestive heart failure) nothing anyone can do will help.
While she is on a strict weight loss diet, very gentle rebounding (see the archives) and 100 milligrams of CoQ10 twice a day might help temporarily--until she can get the weight off.
Let us know how she does.
