Hi, Jules.
Are you overweight? How bad is your scoliosis? Have you been a smoker?

Thanks, Juleshi.
Smoking question?
Boy, you had a severe problem! How well have they been able to maintain improvement?
Sorry, I do not know how to make the conversion from "stone" to pounds.

Thanks, Julesf.
I am concerned that this is congestive heart failure or a primary lung problem probably related to your scoliosis.
This is going to take a professional evaluation.
Let us know what you learn.

yes walt they are saying right heart failure because of lack of room in my chest but i go periods of months where i am feeling good ,then i fill up with fluid and go down
i am fluid free at the moment so feel pretty good but he has me on 1.5 oxygen all night
since i have been on the oxygen i developed tremor shakes if i hold my leg out after a few seconds it starts bouncing all over the place , i also have the shakes could this be the oxygen?
i dont feel as if i need the ox. as i am breathing ok
thank you for your precious time it is appreciated jules

Thanks, Jules.
If I were in your fix, I would immediately start taking at least 100 milligrams of coenzyme Q10 3 times a day and 1000 milligrams of magnesium glycinate at least 3 times a day.
There is no way that this could harm you but just might make your heart muscle stronger pretty quickly.
Of course you are already on digitalis and diuretics.
Let us know how you do.

Thanks, Jules.
You might ask your doc why digitalis is not being used. In my opinion, it is a specific for right heart failure.
