My first Herpes-Free XMas in ten years!

Posted by Snookie on December 24, 2002 at 11:24:29:

Thanks to SR (Centerpointe), this is the first year in over ten that I haven't broken out over the Holidays. Thank God for Dr. Stoll and this board!!

Merry Christmas to all.

P.S. BTW, I've eaten LOTS of junk food (nuts, chocolate!) this year! Also have not been taking my Lysine, vitamin C, zinc, etc. The SR has done WONDERS for this condition, more than any supplement ever has. It has more than paid for itself. God Bless.

Thanks, Snookie.

There are many paths to the top of the mountain. Glad you found one that worked for you. Now, if it still recurrs, you age going to have to add working on the diet stuff. If you did ht that now, BEFORE recurrance, you would have your best chance of a permanent cure.

Namaste` and Merry Christmas!

Walt

That is such a blessing. Unlike you, I choose to never eat chocolate nor nuts anytime soon. I do get my cravings, but my health is more important. I take Valtrex(1 gram daily), Lysine, and use Herpasil for any type of genital breakout. I plan to stop taking Valtrex though, but I'll continue the Lysine for a while and use the Herpasil when needed. I also will be getting more into SR.
