I have, from time to time, and it is generally not very often, a set of symptoms which I believe are due to Herpes.
The symptoms are general flu like symptoms. Low grade fever, achiness, sore throat, painful urination - like a UTI, and heart palpitations. When I get this it generally lasts only a few days. This time, however, it is lasting longer - has been a week or more - and still going. I have been exercising quite a bit. I wonder if this is something I should continue or if this may have brought it on. Should I slow down? Or will it help to build my imunities?
Thank you so much.

Hi, Kelly.
You should only have systemic symptoms like this with your very FIRST attack of herpes.
I would suggest your seeing a good diagnostician.
Let us know what you learn. Take your note along with you when you go.
