Thank you! GRJ really does work! Been on it 2 weeks.
I peel, slice into disks about an 1/8 inch thick and
chew one every 4-6 hours. The cut-against-the-grain
makes the long root fibers shorter so they don't get
stuck in between the teeth. Suck out the juice and
spit out the little ball of fiber. No muss, no fuss.
About me:
I'm 44 and very healthy with good habits. About 6 years
ago I started waking up CHOKING and unable to breath
for about 5 seconds. It felt like something stuck in my
throat. It was awful. I have had this every SINGLE NIGHT
WITHOUT FAIL FOR YEARS!
After 2 weeks on the GRJ my symptoms are almost gone!
And by the way, relaxing the gut and bouncing up and down on the toes with a belly of warm water sometimes works to
pull down the stomach into proper position. I do both.
Yes, Dr. Walt is right...this is a 'bracing' problem.
Anyway, many many thanks. May God Bless your work mightily!

Thanks, Packer.
You are a brave man to do it this way. Good to know that there are other options for the GRJ.
