Hiatus Hernia and Ginger Juice

This is just a testamonial about the success of using Ginger Juice to relieve sypmtoms from Hiatus Hernia.
I was in pain every day. It was not so much acid reflux or heart burn as much as it was abdominal pain and discomfort, especially after eating. I was taking prilosec and eating a very restrictive diet. I had accepted the fact that I would have to live with the constant pain and discomfort or have the surgery that corrected the problem. I found Dr Stoll's page and began to read about hiatus hernia symptoms and ginger juice. Like he say's, I had nothing to loose and it was very inexpensive. At fist taste I thought I was going to die but I quickly got used to it. It worked, it really worked. I was religious about taking the juice every morning first thing. I even took a small jar with me on a buisness trip. Sure enough, after about a week and a half the symptoms went away. I did as Dr Stoll recommended and continued the juice for the full three weeks. The symptoms have completely vanished and I eat anything I want with no after effects. I highly recommend this for people who suffer from these symptoms. I works, it really works.

Good Luck, Write me if you have questions.

Thanks, Michael, for your testimonial.

Lots of people find it hard to believe that the conventional medical comminity would strip MDs of their licenses for recommending things like this rather than learn about them. Just think of the expensive drugs, and their side-effects, currently being the "standard of practice" for this condition--let alone the major surgery used as a "last resort". Your testimonial will help many start to think differently.

NOW is the time to get at resolving the LGS which causes this. This condition is not a deficiency of GRJ (grin).

Namaste`

Walt

Thanks for your testimonial Michael. I too have a hiatus hernia although my symptoms are probably not as severe as yours were. I have other complications, however.

Did you start out taking a teaspoon of ginger juice? I thought that I would start out by taking 1/4 tsp for a couple of days, then 1/2 for a couple of days, then the tsp.

What is prilosec? My doctor has told me to take prescription Zantak 150 and also prescribed Propulsid 20 as a "stomach activator." It is supposed to help what you eat be processed faster through the stomach. I do not take the prescription Zantak; I take the off the shelf Zantak 75.

How often do you have to take the ginger juice? Are taking any prescription medicine?

I hope you receive this message and thanks again for your comments.
