prostate infection-GRJ testimonial

hi dr stoll, you told me it is perfectly fine for me to excercise with me having gerd. i told you recently about me also getting a prostate infection. ive been doing the SR for 3 weeks now, and i was on almost 2 weeks worth of cipro for my prostate infection, now it has gotten better i can say. be4 i had that feeling towards the top of my butt but now sometimes its like i have a itchy feeling and its notta rash. the pain between my legs lessened but i feel this isnt fully gone meaning the prostate infection asa whole(i feel bad for any1 who has to get checked 4 it). i dont feel like going back to my doctor if i recall correctly he said if my prostate infection came back the next step would most likely be 3 months worth of antibiotics. i do not wish to be on cipro especially now with it being summer and you have to stay outta sunlight while on that drug. my questions to you dr stoll are is it still ok to excercise with a prostate infection, and does it take 6-12 months of the SR to fully heal that just like the gerd. by the way i took the ginger root juice for the 3 weeks(found a juice bar here who made it and the guy asked what i wanted it for and he said several people have come in and requested it for gerd)and altho my symptoms arent fully gone they have subsided alot. i take no more prevacid or antacids. thank you again dr stoll for all your help

Thanks, John.

Exercise will help your prostate except for power lifting during the acute phase. The magic time seems to be 6-12 months for most chronic conditions and SR.

Let us know how you do.

Walt
