Dear Dr. Walt;
I wrote to you a couple of weeks ago w/some minor stomache acid/regurg problems and a "sometimes" inhale breathing "constriction" in the throat. I thought that GERD was the problem, & you suggested that GERD was only a symptom - most likely it is LGS. Being new to this type of treatment, I figured that I'd try & treat the stomache first - 6 days on chopped ginger root & have not had ANY of the previous acid churnings & bilious feelings. The breathing problem has almost entirely receded - now feels like an "allergy" when it rarely happens - much different than before. I will now order your book & begin to learn how to deal with the causes of the problem. Sure does make sense to determine the root of the problem rather than to continously treat the symptoms - as I have done all my life. Btw, my shoulders were NOT relaxed (naturally), sometimes I even constrict my own throat without realizing it - have to consciously relax.
Thanks Dr. Walt

Thanks, Dan.
Sharing your experiences may just help someone else who has been struggling just as you have.
