CRS/LGS - Hiatal hernia

Posted by Brian on December 16, 1999 at 22:21:25:

DR Stoll,
After reading your book and other references, I can
see the big picture now! I have changed my diet bumped
up my excercise and found all of the supplements/probitoc's
Karlic,Caprylic acid, ginger root etc.
I have noticed that in a short time that with the reduction of geographic tongue and change in diet that
my reflux symptoms are subsiding I can now go up to
four days without the prilosec/(May I say that) these
drugs to control reflux only further damage the gut by
making it to alkaline.
It's slow and frustrating,, How long must one stay
on a whole foods diet in addition to the SR,,or is it different for everyone based on your experience?

P.S,
Your book pointed me in the direction of recovery,
And I thank you !!!, I guess the rest is up to me,,

Sincerely,

Brian

Thanks, Brian.

Testimonials seem to sway more people than anything I can say.

The fact is that by combining all 3, you should be perfect in 6-12 months. THEN, the longer you keep it up, the more health benefits you will experience. The longer you keep it up, the longer you could stop it all before you would see your old symptoms returning.

However, even then, you would always be ahead of where you were before you tried what you are doing-----at least you will always know that it works. Before you tried this you did not know that. You had to try it on faith.

The chances are that, after a year or so, you could maintain your benefits with the SR alone and, after a year more once a day would probably do the trick. Do what works for you.

My son also has a geographic tongue. Is that a sign of LGS/CRS?

Hi, Laine.

Early sign of LGS but not necessarily C-RS.
