Dr. Stoll,
Is it possible to take ginger caplets, instead of making ginger juice and/or ginger tea (using 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger in warm water)? If so, how many 500mg caplets would you recommend?
Also, any news on aloe vera juice for reflux?
Thanks much!
Lori

Hi, Lori.
For 4000 years the standard for this, in the Chinese Medicine balliwick, has been what I have posted. I have no experience with capsules, etc. Since no one knows the mechanism of action of this approach, why not try it? I have suspected that it is the surface effect of the pure juice being swallowed that produces at least some of the effect but that is my opinion only.
Let us know what you learn.
Walt
