Thanks, Don.

I had forgoten that I neglected to put that requirement in my book. That will be corrected in the new edition.

No one really knows why this wait is needed but a lower % gets results if the delay is not heeded.

The book also calls this s cure and THAT will be corrected in the new edition as well. It is a very effective treatment but, unles the LGS behind the problem is dealt with symptoms frequently recur. At least it is cheap and without side effects------something not true of the prescription remedies.

Thanks, again!

Walt

I read your answer but still don't know if the wait is 2 hours or 15 minutes. I've seen both posted in the archives. I now have 5 people doing this and I want to talk to several others. I would hate to be leading them wrong. (We are using 15 minutes.)

Thanks for any help.

When is your new book going to be ready?

Hi, Donald. It varies from person to person.

To get the best results without taking into account individual differences, I would wait 1-2 hours. That is not to say that 15 minutes might not be enough for some people.

It is OK to try the 15 minutes and see if your get results. If not, do not "throw out the baby with the bathwater". It might just be that YOU need to wait longer than the 15 minutes.

Hope this helps.

Walt
