I have been waiting about 20 minutes after swallowing the ginger juice before I eat but was wondering if it should be longer. I've searched the archives but can't find a definitive answer. Thanks

I believe the original protocol called for eating nothing 1 hour before and 2 hours after. But I do know many people on this board have tweeked these parameters. I have had some luck with the ginger juice only waiting one hour. And I do recall someone saying they only waited 20mins and had some luck. So I guess it's whatever seems to work for you. But if you want to be a strict as possible than I do beleive that it was originally two hours.

Hi, Dan'l.
Anything up to 2 hours will increase the benefits the longer you wait.
