Ginger for Hiatal Hernia

I would like to know how ginger helps a person with a Hiatal Hernia.

I do not think anyone knows. However, it has been used for more than 4000 years in the orient and, in MY experience, is safe and inexpensive to try. I no longer believe that it basically resolves anything but is very effective in relieving symptoms while one is working on their LGS.

That is ALL any prescription drug does with much greater expense and very significant side-effects.
