After reading Walt's fantastic book, I recommended ginger juice to my stomach-troubled sister. She called me today to say that since taking the juice, she has been free of heartburn and nausea. Good news!

Thanks, Sherrie.
Now you know why this remedy is not advertised. Not expensive or dangerous enough.

Where do you buy ginger juice? I went to a health store and they just gave me some extract in a dropper bottle. Is that the same thing?

You can use a garlic press, too. Cut up the ginger to garlic-clove size and have at it!
I would be very surprised if the stuff you bought was pure ginger juice.

My sister said she bought a big bag of fresh ginger root and put it through her food processor. She strained it, and then put it in a jar in the frig. Every morning she takes a tablespoon on an empty stomach. It has a real jolt!

Hi, Sherrie.
Look at the protocol again. She is getting more of a "jolt" than needed. One TEASPOON is the correct dose. The will not harm herself doing what she is doing but WHEW!
