This is really annoying!

Posted by Merry Sunshine on April 30, 2002 at 20:02:58:

Every time I get nervous or excited I break out on my chest and neck. It is really annoying and embarrassing whenever I'm wearing a low-cut shirt or blouse. Anybody else ever have this happen? Is it just nerves?

It sounds like hives Merry Sunshine. My daughter breaks out in hives when she is excited or stressing. Its a reaction. When she calms down, they go away. She has had this reaction since she was little.

Hi! I can relate..this same phenomenom happens to me. Try deep breathing when you are in an anxiety provoking situation...taking in a deep, abdominal breath..holding it to the count of 4..then releasing a long whoosh sound. This helps balance me and also helps the splotches.

Have you tested your hormones, especially those produced by adrenal glands? Saliva tests are considered best for that.

Sounds like your adrenals are malfunctioning.

Hi, Merry.

Is it bothersome enough to practice SR? That is the permanent cure.

This is a VERY gentle warning. If you do not cope with it now, the warnings will get louder until you do.

Walt
