I have been reading alot of the articles and info on people just like myself in your site and have been completely amazed at how many have the same problem that I do. What I don't know or understand is what everyone refers to as sr. If someone could clear that up for me that would be great. I currently take over the counter antihistimes because they do the same for me as giving temporary relief to the hives. I have been on Clariton, Atarax, Syniquone, Zyrtec, and one dr. put me on 1 mg of Xanax at one point for one month. I, at the beginning had been put on a solicite free diet and that did nothing. I remember that when I first started getting these annoying things the 1st place that it hit was my feet. I would wake up in the night and the bottoms of my feet looked as red as a radish. I thought that I had a allergic reaction to a detergent or soap. Changed all detergents and bath soaps and nothing helped me. Then I went to a dermotoligist and he put me Clariton, which I only took for about 5 days. I gained 8 pounds in 3 days of water. If there is a self theropy that works that may help the problem that I have I am willing to try just about anything at this point in time. All drs. that I have been to say the same thing , that I will not have them for the rest of my life. Well, it has now been four years and they haven't gone away yet and I think I am way overdue for some real relief. Thank You for listening to my plea for help.

hi sherry,

i had the same problem, only worse if you can believe that. 12 months of sr (skilled relaxation, ie. the alpha/theta brainwave state for a minimum of 20 minutes, at least twice a day) and they're gone. lots of info in the archives. dr. stoll is definitely the man in this regard. please listen to him. this stuff works.

Thanks, d.

Testimonials seem to do more to change people's minds than anything I can say.
