Finally my results....for those following my saga to wellness.....

Posted by shinleaf on February 09, 2000 at 18:35:58:

Ok here goes.

Almost 2 years ago I started getting these rashes across my chest and abdomen from side to side. Large areas. I had allergy tests taken and it showed allergies to all meats, and a bunch of other stuff. I got it to clear up for a few weeks then it was back as bad as ever.

Nov 1st I started SR, but have not been religious at it. Try to get it once every day tho.

I read Dr. Hulda Clarks book and learned the gallbladder/liver cleanse and how its suppose to help those with allergies. If you have allergies you need to do the cleanse at least 5 times. Your allowed to do this at 2 week intervals, so in 6 weeks Ive accomplished 3 complete gall/liver cleanses. I felt they were successful and will do at least another 2 or 3 before I do it twice a year.

Last week I finished a 5 day fast on The Master Cleanse. I have NEVER been able to fast in my 50 years. But I could do this easily. I will do another 10 day to 14 day fast towards end of March.

Up to this point I still had my rash problem. BUT IT WAS GETTING BETTER, and by the about day 5 or 7 when I finished my fast, my rash and hives had totally cleared up.

I still dont know just what Im truly allergic to as I ate normal foods and didnt seem to have a reaction to them. But Im trying to not have some of the KNOWNS such as tomatoes or cream two days in a row. Im staying low carb and eat meat as Im hypoglycemic (self-diagnosed).

So I will continue to do my cleanses and encourage everyone to try it one step at a time. Starting with getting the parasites and worms under control. (I assumed I had them therefore I acted on that.) I didnt need tests or doctors to tell me I had problems, I know my body better than they do. Im thankful I found this site and it led me to Dr Clarks articles on cleanses. I would go to a Dr. if I broke something and needed it to be set, but prevention prevention prevention is the order of MY day. I know it cant be that way for everyone, because we are all different.

Well thats my story and Im sticking to it! My body is healing itself and thats exciting for me to know. Should I die before I wake, it'll be because it was my time.

Thanks Dr. Stoll, I lurk here everyday and share occasionally.

Thanks, shinleaf!

Your testimonial will surely get some more people thinking.

I will be interested in how you are doing in a year or so.

I will bet that the day will come when the detox things, that are working right now, will no longer be effective.

That is not to say that this was not a good thing to do but that, until you deal with the LGS, the problem will eventually be big enough that fasting and detoxing will not be enough.

Hope I am wrong but would urge you to become an expert in SR.

Walt
