No more hives!

Dear Dr. Stoll,

For almost ten years I was a sufferer of chronic urticaria. It started out with a hive about every three months and gradually got worse. By last July, I had hives the size of basketballs most of the time. I went to numerous doctors and they all agreed - "you have hives, we don’t know what is causing them, take a pill." The pills would help for a while and then lose their effectiveness. Then my husband found your web site and it changed my life. Last August I read your book and followed your program of whole foods, skilled relaxation and exercise. My hives lessened in intensity almost immediately. Gradually they lessened in frequency. I have been following your program for six months now and I have not had a hive since last December and that was a small one. I don’t know how I can thank you for the advice you provided. This note doesn’t seem to be enough, but maybe it will show other sufferers of chronic urticaria that there is a solution to the problem. My husband is also following your program. First, he did it to support me. But then we both realized how helpful it is to our overall health. We have both lost weight and have never felt so good.

Your sharing your experience will help others, presently sitting on the fence, to begin to see that their docs are not telling them all they know about alternatives.

There are so many people on this BB who cannot believe that I am telling them the truth that they will not even try what you both have done so well.

that's truly great, nancy. although it took me longer, my experience is mostly the same as yours. over the last couple of years i've seen many posts form hives sufferers (and suffer they do, believe me) on this board. dr. stoll gives them advice and then they're gone, history, never to be heard from again. i always wonder what happens to them. it's good to know somebody listens. thanks dr. stoll. very much!
