Almost two years ago I suffered from severe episodes the Dr. described as angio edema. I was told it was stress related. I tried many things over the course of 1 year but nothing helped. I decided to get back on an exercise routine that I had long neglected, not because of the edema, but just to get some exercise. I started lifting weights 2 to 3 days a week for 40 minutes. My angio edema episodes stopped. After several months I stopped the weights due to a change in work routine. The episodes returned. I started the weights again and the episodes stopped. I stopped the weights again for 3 weeks this summer and the episodes returned. Needless to say, I have started the weights again and so far no episodes. I am posting this in hopes it may help someone.

Thanks, cprithett!
Indeed it will help anyone ready to listen.
Consider that as you get older, just lifting weights may no longer get you complete relief JUST BECAUSE AS YOU GET OLDER THE ACCUMULATION OF STRESS-EFFECT CONTINUES TO ACCUMULATE AND YOUR BODYMIND BECOMES LESS EFFICIENT.
SR would do you the same benefit and the combination of both multiplies the effect of each. They are not additive but multiplicative.
