I learned from reading the archives that ultimately I have to deal with my LGS. But now here I am on business trip, experiensing choronic hives, and needing to do something about it. Please somebody explain or give me a link to the archives where I can learn how to do SR that works rather immediately. In a meantime, I am going to take antihistamine to see if it helps for now. Hives are too itchy that I can't even browse the archives any longer patiently. Please help.

Hi, Masako -
I doubt that SR would cure your hives that fast but it's good to do it anyhow. My granddaughter got hives when she visited last summer, and we put calamine lotion (available at all pharmacies) on them which helped the itching. She also took benadryl. As soon as she left this part of the country, her hives disappeared. Hope this helps some.

Hi, Masako.
Have you ever heard the aphorism about "Fixing the roof while the sun is shining."?
This solution is for resolving the recurrent hives by practicing it 20 minutes twice a day for at least 6 months.
It is true that by that time, if you had an acute recurrance, you would be good enough at it that you might be able to stop it in it's tracks.
Hope this helps.
