HIVES (I need help!) TESTIMONIAL

Hello,
I have Chronic Uticaria, also know as chronic hives. I am not an adult yet. I have gone to a nutritionist and he has told me that I have a yeast infection in my system. And what the nutritionest said was, I was allergic to process sugar, and that I could only have 5 grams of sugar at the most.It has helped a bit I also have to take several nutrition suppliments. They have helped it also I also take Asodophulis (I don't know how to spell)LOL. o.K WEll, I was wondering if you could also help me too. I NEED IT TO STOP!!!!!!!! PLEASE!

Hi,
I also had a problem with hives. I can tell you what helped me and maybe it can help you also. First, I got a good vitamin suplement from the health food store, not the grocery store, as those vitamins (like One A Day), can have ingredients in them that can cause hives. Also get a calcium-magnesium suplement at a healthfood store. Then I cut out fruit except bananas for a while. I ate alot of vegetables (no tomatos though). Things like; brocoli, califlower, greens-salad (no vinegar), corn, greenbeans, and such. Lots of whole grain, get flaxseed from healthfood store. I couldnt eat chocolote or fruit or I would break out, but I can now after doing these things for over a year. Hope this helps. PS. I would stop the acidophilus at this point for a while if I were you.
