hey greg, why don't you do everyone a favor and summarize all this crap. i'd sure like to know if you actually know what it is that you are posting. ANYBODY can go to a search engine and type this info in if they need to look it up. what exactly are you doing here besides taking up space?

Thank you Gregory. My adrenal system is part of what I am working on to bring back into balance. I have searched the internet for information and never found this site, I appreciate you posting the information. It gives me a much broader understanding of what is going on in my body.

BTW, thanks for posting the entire link and letting me read all the information for myself. I hate it when people summarize things and I only get a portion of the information or erroneous information from their own interpretation and summary.

Just wanted to second that. I have a keyword "Gregory" in my Powermarks program. For that matter, anyone who supplies a useful link that I want to remember, I stick their name into the bookmark as a keyword. Makes it easier to pull up the sites later.

Google is good, but the brains of other people make some of the best search filters. :)
