saliva hormone test and advice please

I went with sabre science for a womans panel which included the following tests and here are the numbers.
Cortisol 8a.m. was 96.6 normal is 35-63
noon was 36.9 normal is 14.4-28.2
4p.m. was 33.7 normal is 8.9-23.7
8p.m. was 2 normal is 6.4-16
midnight was 2.8 normal is 2.4-12.0
4a.m. was 4.9 normal is 3.2-16
dhea 8a.m.was 2.5 normal is 2.8-12.7
8p.m. was 2.1 normal is 2.7-9.0
midnight was 2.2 normal is 1.9-8.1
testorone was 23.4 normal is 20.0-44
progestorone was 93 follicular normal is 50-99
postmenopause normal is 25-95
luteal normal is 100-500
estradiol was at 8am 1.3 follicular normal is 3.5-7.0
luteal normal is 1-5
postmenopause normal is 0.5-1.5
sodium is checked here too(was told it is related to adrenal function) it was 10 normal is 20.7-52.1
potassium was 18.3 normal and chloride 29 normal
I was told that cortisol levels can elevate cause of stress or allergies. I am under alot of stress and I sneeze alot and have allergie symtoms. and lymph node swelling
I am worried I did not go to the right place for this test cause estrone and estrial was not checked(apparently they dont check these. Says no reason too.
They want to get my adrenals working and supplement with dhea percusor to get cortisol down for 3 months than add estrogens. I am trying to do my homework but people say just use progestorone cream and everything will be back to normal-I have used this for awhile and don't feel better.
I am also told you should not mess with taking dhea. Am I going the right route here? Should I go to another lab that test the other estrogens. On another board I was told they looked normal except for the cortisol and I should not need anything. I have not had a cycle in 2 yrs and the smallest stressors get to me anymore and I know I need something cause this is not me. My muscles are always tight even my colon one. I would apreciate some advice and insight on hormonal issues. I do have a multinodule goiter but those levels are normal too-HY told me once.
