I have heard there are dangers but don't remember exactly.
Might be possible tumor growth. L-glutamine is said to
produce it in us so that is the way I am going but Sparingly
and just using the glutamine when or where it helps and not
on a regular basis unless it helps something or function.
Figure that is the safest in case even that is dangerous
if taking too much.

The dangers come from ACTUAL growth hormone injections. Even these can be relatively safe if used at very low doses. The type of method you are refering to is called "secretogogues". These are amino acids that prompt the pituitary to release the stored HGH. Since the HGH is yours, you can't have an allergic reaction to it. Also, you can't release more than your body would naturally put out if it could still do it on its own. IGF-1, the marker for growth hormone, was found in HIGH levels in cancer patients. But remember one thing, they found that the levels were HIGHER than normal. They weren't NORMAL. You are only looking to achieve normal levels. Children and young adults have NORMAL levels and THEY don't have cancer right? I wouldn't take a sublingual spray. I would use an evervesant powder form like that in UltrahighmaxGH or Secretogogue-1. These come in powder form and you drink it before bed.

If you want the MOST safe way to release growth hormone, take up intense weight-training. Also, fast for a full 24 hours each week. So, eat 6 days a week and fast for 24 hours. Both exercise and fasting have been shown to release growth hormone. Also, DHEA raises IGF-1 levels which is the marker for growth hormone. Plant sterols/sterolins, like those found in MODUCARE, raise DHEA naturally to optimal levels. This can have a profound effect on Growth hormone. Finally, sleep in complete darkness and make sure you sleep well. Most growth hormone is released at night during Stage 4 Sleep.

I hope this info helps you

Hi, Lee.

So far, ALL of the hormones yet discovered have been found to have serious "whoops factors" once they had been taken for a while.

I am waiting for this whoops factor to show up-- before I take any or recommend it to anyone else.

Hope this helps.

Walt

I agree. Synthetic hormones, even natural hormones create a cascade of events that we don't even completely know yet. however, it is my belief that "promting" the release of these hormones naturally has virtually no side-effects. for example, it has been shown that plant sterols/sterolins can raise DHEA levels. These are naturally-occuring compounds in the food we eat. Testosterone can be raised just by eating a handful of nuts per day. Growth hormone can be raised by exercise. DHEA can be further raised by SR. Melatonin can be raised by getting 1 hour of sunlight and sleeping in total darkness. So, it appears that these hormones CAN be modified and utilized in healthy ways without experimenting with synthetic or even natural hormones. In this way, I can't see any possible downside :)
